Pharmaceutical companies

We are experts in delivering high-quality medical information services for pharmaceutical companies in the Nordics, leveraging over 9 years of experience as one of the leading medical information providers in Denmark and Norway.
Our function is to help our customers optimize their medical information service, so they can focus upon their core business and competencies.
We report patient complaints and adverse events within 24 hours of receipt.
We provide our services in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and English via phone, email and chat. Our co-partner ICTHS/Oriola, provide services in both Swedish and Finnish.
Our services are managed through either our co-partner’s unique validated case system, specially designed to meet pharmacovigilance and data protection requirements, or through the customer’s own case system.
Our medical information projects are handled by qualified nurses, and they operate during normal office hours.

Medical device companies

We offer and perform patient support programs in Denmark (and other countries in the Nordics on request). We help you increase your patients’ adherence to their treatment by giving them individual guidance and support.
We handle both incoming phone calls and emails from patients. Our services are managed through either our co-partner’s (ICTHS/Oriola) unique validated case system, specially designed to meet pharmacovigilance and data protection requirements, or through the customer’s own case system.
We provide guidance based upon validated information sources provided by our customers.
Our patient support projects are handled by professionally trained nursing and pharma students, and they operate outside office hours, including nights and weekends. Alternative hours upon request.
