The Medinfo story began back in 2014 when MedHelp AS (established 2008) launched a medical information (MI) service and subsequently began its first patient support program (PSP) in 2017. After experiencing substantial growth in these fields, Medinfo was spun out as an independent entity in 2021. Today we are a customer service company with outsourcing as a business concept, focusing entirely on medical information and patient support program services.
Medinfo ApS is 100% owned by MedHelp Sjukvårdsrådgivning Holding AB based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Medinfo ApS has become a strong actor in pharmaceutical and medical device expert services covering the Nordics. All medical information projects are handled by qualified nurses, whilst patient support programs are handled by a team of professionally trained nursing and pharma students. We operate 24/7/365, and our dedicated staff encompass a total of 25 years’ experience between them in handling medical information and patient support projects. Our service is provided in Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and English across phone, email and chat interactions.
